"Top tier-international bank seeks a Compliance Director of Reporting to work along with the reporting unit in providing compliance risk support for the compliance advisory group. The head of the global reporting unit will be responsible for developing innovative strategies for reporting across the compliance function. This is a global role that requires a pro-active thinker who can manage global compliance reporting with enthusiasm and creativity. Responsibilities: * Global responsibility for compliance reporting methodologies and approaches. * Harmonize global reporting standards, guidelines and templates. * Responsible for management of processes associated with corporate compliance reports. * Liaison with Data Standards under Process Architecture team. * Develop executive dashboards that provide metrics and key risk elements. * Provide customized and ad-hoc reports and/or analysis when requested. * Manages reporting resources (people and technology) with a focus on quality and timeliness. * Initiate strategic approaches to establish credible and meaningful information reporting and analysis. * Relationship manager for compliance reporting and analytics. * Design executive reporting and analysis from multiple inputs across various quantitative and qualitative elements. * Organize and maintain global qualitative information and produce analysis based on this information. The director of Global Reporting will report into the Director of the Analytics & Assessments group within Compliance Architecture. Qualifications: This role requires at least 10 years experience in a risk or compliance role, preferably within the context of global Bank products. * Extensive experience working with governance, risk and compliance methodologies and practices. * In-depth Knowledge of global banking markets and regulatory environment. * Knowledge of banking products and processes. * Ability to interact with senior business and compliance executives, and experience working with bank regulators. * Balanced approach to identifying risks and effective mitigants. * Excellent people management skills. * Good team player who values group collaboration. * Excellent organizational and process management skills. * Ability to coordinate global program with diverse participation. * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
