These are typically structured, with well-defined deliverables and processes and are considered low to medium risk overall. Manage multiple projects at a time with supervision. Responsible for planning through implementation, applying standard project management methodologies to manage scope, budget, and timing. Responsibilities: 1. Develops and manages project plans for assigned projects, escalates conflicting priorities with other projects and/or matrixed team members. Influences team members to successfully execute on plan, and tracks projects costs. 2. With guidance and coaching from leadership as required, evaluates and solves problems that impact the assigned project. Escalates information and/or problems as needed. 3. Develops and communicates expectations and success measures with team and partners. Monitors process, progress and results against success measures. 4. Communicates both orally and in written forms (formal and informal), with project team and partners. 5. May serve as team member on large-scale projects. 6. May maintain project budget. 7. Special projects and other duties as assigned. 8. Operate in a highly technical environment 9. Must have demonstrated the ability to quickly and effectively 10. Demonstrates an understanding of cause and effect relationships and exercises good judgment. Appropriately engages teammates and leadership for direction. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 2. 3-5 years in a project environment, or relevant business experience 3. Successful demonstration of skills and abilities at the PM (proficient practitioner) level will be considered for internal progression/promotion even if the years of experience are not met. 4. Ability to operate a computer in a Windows environment utilizing Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 5. Exposure to SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio 6. Must have a basic knowledge of the SDLC and how it relates to the project lifecycle method 7. Knowledge of Project planning/management; able to develop and manage project plans; identify and secure needed resources; escalate conflicting priorities with other projects and matrixed team members; influence team members to successfully execute on plan 8. Ability to seek input from stake holders prior to making decisions; can use existing methods to solve and understand problems associated with project 9. Accountable for own work and the work of team(s) and the successful execution of assigned projects and objectives 10. Ability to effectively communicate needed messaging and decisions with all project audiences, in all forms (e.g., written, oral, developing and performing presentations) 11. Effectively handle ambiguity in all aspects of work, including business direction and strategy. Willing to elevate information and create conclusions and recommendations; Work through change management for self and project team 12. Proven history of fostering teamwork and collaboration across multiple functional areas with competing priorities 13.
