"Head of Product Development - Cloud, PaaS, AssS, IaaS, SaaS Cloud platform for the Media, Broadcasting and Entertainment industries. circa £80,000 p/a + excellent corporate benefits Location - London with some home working An interesting and rare opportunity for an experienced broadcasting, media or digital product development / Lead or Chief Architect to join a leading international digital media platform provider to develop new Cloud and Applications-as-a-Service products and platforms for the TV, broadcasting, digital media and entertainment sectors. The primary focus will be on the file format, transfer, storage and delivery division. The Head of Product Development will take ownership of shaping new products, features and technology changes, defining requirements and translating these proposals into deliverable requirements for the technology teams to build and develop based on market and specific customer needs. This role requires candidates with a strong technology focus, ideally previous experience within architecture or development / infrastructure. The company offers a unique and compelling mix of services to international broadcasters and digital media businesses including content owners, aggregators, creators and distributors that require a dynamic cutting edge platform to provide fast, secure and reliable connectivity and infrastructure to deliver digital content and applications around the globe.
