Location:Atlanda,Georgia. Duration:11/12 or during that week. We have a client needing SAP Data migration specialist, particularly around FI and MM. They need to be hands on data migration consultants, not leads but the analyst level. Hands on extracting the data from the legacy system, cleansing the data, formatting the data into an excel template to then use LSMW to upload into the new SAP system. They can be based out of Atlanta, Chicago or Detroit, with the preference being Atlanta. They would also need to be open to some travel between the locations. The project would start the 12th of Nov and go through at least the end of January with the possibility of extension. Below is more details. Please let me know if you have any consultants that would be a fit ASAP. SAP Data Migration Analyst : • Our SAP Data Migration Analysts have advanced knowledge in SAP development and testing, full knowledge of SAP overall, and firm understanding of SAP architecture. • Good Understanding of all Modules of SAP especially Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Quality Management. • Conduct data analysis activities including data cleansing, data remediation, data extract and transformation and data reconciliation, conceptual modeling and deliver in a timely manner • Specify the technical requirements for data analysis in the area of extraction and transformation. • Perform the following data migration activities - Data quality assessment of data from legacy systems, Data extraction, Transformation of data using data mapping, business rules and logic, Identification of data quality issues and reporting of these issues to the business, and Reconciliation of data and delivery of the relevant artifacts in a timely manner. REQUIREMENTS • 3 years' experience in SAP with at least 2 years' experience as a Data Migration Analyst • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the areas of Data Modeling, Data Quality Assurance, and data reconciliation in a complex, multidisciplinary organization. • Demonstrated experience in applying Data Quality Methodologies to design, implement and reconcile the migration of large quantities of data into complex applications and/or interim storage solutions. Good Skills of Microsoft Excel including manipulating data using XL Also, must be able to start 11/12 or during that week."
