Position : Business Development Manager - Software Education : Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA Experience : 5 - 8 yrs of exp in software sales Location : Mumbai ( Thane ). Locals preferred Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. To expand company’s domestic and International market reach and achieve the set target / business goal. To create a Brand image for software productline. Account Management & Customer Relationship. Liaison with Strategic alliances for business development both domestically and internationally. Identify and create new business opportunities /grow and maintain existing accounts with a clear focus on high-value business and a solution-based selling approach. Analyze prospect needs and business pain areas. Coordinate with external agencies (for Research, Sponsorships, Events, Advertising, PR, Collaterals etc). Research, Collate and Analyze Competitor and Market Intelligence Information. Support top management decision making by providing researched data and inputs. 2. Experience in Software Sales. Aggressive nature with Excellent communication and inter personal skills. Business Acumen. Excellent Negotiation and Closing skills. Experience in handling large accounts and business volumes.
