This responsibility includes direction and accountability for Order Fulfillment/Operations (Precision and Friction Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, Planning, and the Machine Shop), Human Resources and Finance. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (The job’s essential or most important functions and responsibilities.) 1. Accountable for the budget and P&L performance. 2. Plan, direct and coordinate all operational activities within the operation. 3. Assure customer satisfaction through the timely delivery of a high quality product. 4. Organize and lead the continuous improvement effort. 5. Facilitate effective communication between the PA and Lincoln operations and offices. 6. Measure performance against objectives/goals and take necessary action/measures to ensure operational and financial success. 7. Work effectively with the Sales and Marketing and Applications/R&D groups. 8.
