"Hiring a Help Desk/Desktop Support in Des Plaines, IL This position is for one of our well established clients in Chicago and a brief rundown of them: -Easy to get to location   - Des Plaines   -Leader in the fleet industry           -The company believes and invests in the company. Job Description Experience:  I am looking for someone with strong Active Directory and Exchange (primarily 2010, but 2007 will help the learning curve) on the administration side as well as the Desk Side support (recent A+ and Network+ certifications a plus); Group Policy (GPO) using .MSI for rollout experience; Active Directory account creation/management and modification.   Professionalism and learn ability:  Highly professional, a true team player with great customer service skills. This person's maturity level in these areas is key! This person needs to be able to come in and learn fast in order to get into the regular team line up within 2-2.5 weeks.    If the person, comes with good strong technical experience, that can happen.  I am looking to the future of expanding the team's technical capabilities and responsibilities.  This person must be able to keep up with the transition and add his/her experience, ideas, and value to it.   What I don't want:  I am not looking for someone with basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Management Console, PC/Laptop hardware.  My group is the primary administrators of these services and tools.   I do not want someone who is not willing to do what the job requires. Our 2 billion dollar Global client located near Rosemont has an immediate need for multiple Help Desk Analysts.  This 75 year old company is the pioneer of a niche market in the transportation and service industry.  Client is reachable via blue line.
