This prestigious agency has been dedicating their Solutions Team to put genius into making sure their clients and people get to know and treat essential customers better than anyone else. The purpose of the Research & Trends Manager is to manage and develop operations related the agency's research solution that fuse shopper and telephone research data with behavioral information to deliver insights to FMCG clients and retailers. The role will oversee research operations, assist internal liaison across a matrix organization, provide executive support in the delivery of business objectives, as well as providing creative input for research design to utilize current capability and operations, support client-facing teams in the delivery of insight services. The ideal candidate would have at least 5-7 years background in panel research, solid experience in the logistics and coordination between different supporting functions, database management and data transfer understanding, modeling techniques and be interested in new methodologies and technology related to market research. This is a regional role based in Shanghai, and extends to other countries in Asia according to the agency's strategies and plans in the near future. Fluency in English is a must, and Mandarin ability would be a plus. The role comes with attractive benefits and a package of USD 70K / year.
