Technical writers assist in the documentation of the firm’s proprietary software applications and help with other language-sensitive tasks. They also provide presentation guidance to other teams within the firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of full-time technical writing experience in the software industry, or at least three years of writingexperience in any other field. In addition, the candidate should understand technology very well and be able to translate it into simple yet comprehensive terms for end users. Exceptional graduates with outstanding English language skills, excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. We expect applicants to be conversant with Microsoft Office and have a basic knowledge of HTML, with prior understanding of help-authoring tools like Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe RoboHelp. Yrs.
