If you have considerable experience in Singapore (and Asia more generally) with a thirst for new business, then please keep reading! The role will focus on proactive business development across new and existing clients and you will be expected to independently manage all stages of the sales process from identifying new opportunities in the market, writing proposals, pitching and closing deals. You will be the ‘face’ of the agency in Singapore and will help establish the company’s presence in the market, as well as working with senior management in the region to build the business more generally in Asia. The company in question is an innovative market research consultancy and they already work with some big name brands across a variety of industries. Research wise, we are looking for someone who has 7+ years of experience in the market, ideally with both Qual and Quant experience and a strong track record in business development/sales. Singapore experience is absolutely vital for this role and existing client relationships is obviously an advantage. In terms of soft skills, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven, proactive and able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities. The remuneration will include a base salary and commission package of SGD 250k OTE, with the ability to earn more if you exceed targets. Travel will be an essential part of the role. Singapore experience is absolutely vital for this role and existing client relationships will obviously be an advantage.
