"Currently we have an opening for Account Sales Manager, Lagos (Nigeria) and it’s a 1 to 2 year fixed term contract. GENERAL SUMMARY: This position will be reporting to regional sales Director . The key capability includes building/managing/developing business portfolio in this territory and achieve business goal accordingly, selling products and implement product expansion plans mapped out by leadership team, collecting and analyzing Customer demands, nurturing relationships with Enterprise customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific duties and responsibilities: 1. Drive the overall revenue objectives in the region/territory and achieve business goals (revenue, products, market-share, etc.) . 2. Build & maintain high level customer & partner relationships. 3. Explore new business opportunity, build up quality pipeline supporting short term/mid-term and long term business development. 4. Provide Monthly Geo Field Forecast. 5. Identify opportunities for new business, Geo expansion into emerging markets and communicate resource needed to address these opportunities to upper management team. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Certifications/Licenses: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree Preferred: Master’s degree Relevant Work Experience: Minimum: 3-5 years of Education/ Manufacture/ Retail/ ISP/ HealthCare&hospital industry/ hospitality. Preferred: Knowing IT network infrastructure of these verticals and procurement process & qualification terms; experience of system integrator,VARs, direct customers engagement. Skills (Technical and/or General): Minimum: 1. Experience of selling enterprise LAN/WAN technology solutions, SAN infrastructure, or enterprises IT storage solutions in regional territories. 2. Ability to challenge, motivate yourself. 3. Strong communcation skills. 4. Good connection in the IT infrastructure domain. Ability to coordinate and delegate across the business. 5. High personal and professional integrity. 6. MS Office and General PC proficiency. 7. Must be available to travel up to 60% by automobile or airplane. Preferred: 1. Experience in Matrix organization to leverage resources to achieve sales target. 2. Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives. 3. Related industry know-how. 4. Excellent follower of corporate strategy. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift/carry materials, move about the office, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork. Travel may be required as directed by management based on business needs.
