Given the seniority of the role, we are looking for candidates with 10+ years of Qualitative experience with good exposure to research in Asia. The ideal candidate for this role would currently be in a senior leadership role on the agency side. The role will focus on forging close relationships with key clients and building the Qual team across Vietnam. As a member of the senior management, you will be responsible for business planning and introducing innovative Qualitative solutions to your clients, across a range of industries. Experience in budget management is also essential for this role. An enthusiastic leader, you should come with sufficient levels of energy and enthusiasm to motivate a large team! Good people skills and a strong track record of team management are essential. The role will include formal Qual training and mentoring staff to help them achieve their full potential as researchers. The salary offered is USD 85k net with additional bonus and benefits. Relocation costs will be covered if you are currently located outside of Vietnam.
