"Our client is a global cosmetics company that specialises in luxury beauty care products company whose vision is Glamour and Innovation. They are one the strongest consumer brands in the world and they are growing in Asia! Due to expansion they are looking no hire a SEA Sales Manager for their Singapore office. Responsible for developing, executing and fostering a collaborative business partnership between assigned customers that delivers volume and share objectives for our clients brand and contributes to customer’s total category growth. Through a total understanding of customer and company business objectives is able to develop a cohesive vision, business strategy, and action plans that will deliver with excellence the agreed to business results. Responsible for challenging the status quo to develop new go to market opportunities and obtain widespread support by working effectively with others. Ability to penetrate the customer’s merchandising function at the appropriate levels, institute agreed to business principles, and have regular contact. Major Duties Develop relationship, and have regular contacts with leaders and buyers at the customer across South East Asia. Execute the Customer Business Planning Process and Joint Business Plans that incorporates company and customer timelines to ensure maximum execution and volume from joint efforts to include: Identification and execution against key business drivers Developing long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth Manage promotional analysis and execution (returns, authorizations) Identify and develop future business opportunities. Manage and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly with key decision-makers to drive revenue. Manage direct sales and coordinate marketing activities with regional marketing and brand managers. Formulate, implement & monitor account objectives regarding sales and account management. Focus on solution selling to regional clients and partners (retail department stores, airports, airlines, airline industries) Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering Min 5 years of relevant Sales experience selling FMCG & Luxury Cosmetics to the retail, airport, airline industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willing to travel across Asia"
