Minimum 5 years of experience with Portal administration and should have knowledge on Portal 7.0/8.0 2. Must have experience in production support of Web Sphere Portal and good troubleshooting skills. 3. Must have experience in performance tuning, Single Sign On and installation of web sphere portal cluster. 4. Experience in writing wsadmin and shell scripts for deployment and automation. Desired Skills: Very good verbal and written communication Installing WebSphere Portal WebSphere Portal usage analysis Managing portlets in WebSphere Portal clusters Deploying resources from staging to production Knowledge of active directory, distribution, and security groups Source control management Job Roles / Responsibilities: This is a system administrator role for WebSphere Portal 8 that requires hands-on experience of installing, configuring and managing WebSphere Portal. This position focuses on day-to-day administration tasks on IBM WebSphere Portal Server 8.0, including portlet installation, security configuration, and WebSphere Portal site management.
