HMD Purchasing & Logistics Main functions: Purchasing: Purchasing Management response to local needs by providing purchase field, and being the preferred partner with local suppliers: - At the request of the office, to identify the corresponding services company and establish contact as required predetermined. - Intermediate between the office and suppliers throughout the procurement process. Resolution of potential problems and implications. - Responsible for filling and maintenance of all necessary documentation and custody, following internal procedures. - Developing and monitoring a database of local suppliers. Billing management: Management of invoices and payments consistent procurement processes: - Receipt of invoices from suppliers and liaison with the office. Preparation of records of adjutant PO, LPO, WOSOS ... - Verification of invoices and interlocution supplier to resolve any issues or impacts. - Monitoring of "certificates" VAT exemption for local purchases: liaison with the office and updated in the database of certificates processed.
