View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/qTF6LS Job Description: The Associate position is part of an overall strategy to continue to build depth in the consulting and principal investment practice at Aston. The Business Analyst will work closely with more experienced Aston staff, providing data analysis and presentation development support for senior consultants and managing directors. The Associate will work at the client's site and assist in the development of the comprehensive redesign of the entire bank's effort with particular focus on customer-related processes and alternative delivery channels. This proprietary review process is implemented with close coordination with line workers through senior executives to ensure high quality and active acceptance. The focus of the team is to develop better customer information, move decision making closer to the customer, streamline and/or eliminate cumbersome work processes, remove redundant transactions, and speed approvals. Qualifications: Successful Aston team members are bright, talented, superb communicators, and natural leaders that blend well with our clients' staff. The successful candidate must be a mature, hands-on professional preferably with direct experience in providing business based analytical support. Candidates with two to four years of progressively more responsible experience in consulting would be preferred. The candidate must have a record of high academic achievement; MBA with 2 years experience or BA/BS with 4 to 6 years experience from a reputed college, with excellent analytical and communication / interpersonal skills. Must be willing to travel. Highly proficient with Excel (including pivot tables), Powerpoint and Word."
