The bank forms an integral part of the firm's international business and growth strategy. The wholesale client program is a firm wide initiative that spans across the bank, the Investment Bank, and Treasury & Securities Services lines of businesses. The objective of this program is to implement a standardized and consistent client onboarding approach across other banks in order to delivery the best in class client experience. The program has three workstreams to address client onboarding from a Policy, Process, and Technology perspective. This role will be focused on the Technology workstream. The objectives of the Technology Workstream/Technology Re-engineering Team is to create a "go-to" strategic client onboarding technology stack which includes end to end workflow, document management, MIS/Reporting, and define common maintenance standards in the reference data system. Responsibilities: - · Work closely with the stakeholders to understand business requirements and work with our Technology partners to define functional and technical requirements for future state development plans of client onboarding technology platform · Produce project materials at all stages of project development lifecycle - current state flows, detailed future state architecture, functional specifications, test plans, and user training materials · Develop and maintain end to end technology implementation plans · Lead project coordination effort with major business and technology stakeholders · Work with technology and business owners to ensure client onboarding initiatives are properly prioritized · Manage timely execution of the plan and provide regular updates to project stakeholders · Balance short term needs with long term strategic view and wherever necessary create short term solutions until the long term solution is ready Qualifications Business analyst with at least 5 years of financial industry experience working on large scale, global technology initiatives Candidate should be experienced in creating complex programs and managing execution from inception to delivery Candidate should be a strong leader and be able to navigate through multiple lines of businesses, stakeholders and manage delivery across multiple technology teams Strong analytical background, problem solving and communication skills is necessary Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project and Visio is necessary Familiarity with workflow and document management technology platforms Experience with client onboarding technology platforms"
