WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: •Successful track record developing solutions in either Customer Experience Transformation (Strategy, Blueprint, segmentation), Multi-Channel Management (Channel Strategy & Architecture, Partner Relationship Management, Contact Centre Optimisation) or Customer Analytics (eg Insight-Driven Marketing, Campaign Management) •Proven experience within a top tier consulting firm with a passion for client delivery •Ability to work with C-level leadership •Experience managing small project teams •Relevant degree qualifications •The ability to travel and work interstate as required.
