The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, entrepreneurial professional with hands-on experience of sourcing and recruiting in the capital markets/managed services/contract space. In addition, a knowledge and experience utilizing the social media to implement and run the candidate sourcing process is highly desired. RECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Actively source candidates directly through own contacts, social media and word-of-mouth referrals from our network and other industry contacts 2. Work directly with external researchers to identify potential talent for our organization 3. Qualifying and screening candidates against our quality criteria and job specific needs 4. Managing candidates through the interview process with a strong relationship building focus and using automated process management tools 5. Performing (or managing the outsourcing of) the administrative aspects of on boarding selected candidates 6. Implementing marketing campaigns to attract new candidates directly to us 7. Joining relevant industry groups/networks etc to ensure multiple sources of candidates 8. Developing relationships with specialty recruitment agencies for specific, hard to find resources NETWORKING RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and maintain an active communication strategy with network members, including but not limited to: a. Holding an ongoing series of networking events b. Publishing an ongoing series of emails/blogs/postings c. Maintaining regular 1:1 contact with as many members as possible 2. Enhance our Client's existing online tools to maximize the ease of classifying and contacting of consultants 3. Ensure all details on existing network members are kept up-to-date and new members are efficiently added 4.
