View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/qgCFIM Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources, with a broad background in Human Resources and a demonstrated track record of success in a fast paced, results oriented environment. This position reports to the Co-CEO. Responsibilities: · Lead HR strategy · Develop and design programs and manage others in execution · Create an HR roadmap for the organization, tied to strategic vision · Work closely with executives at multiple sites to provide strategic direction on initiatives including talent management, leadership development, leadership coaching, employee relations, performance management, and training and employee engagement · Provide leadership and consultation in compensation and benefits. · Provide general oversight and overall direction on investigations and make recommendations as appropriate · Provide insight and guidance to executives on the selection of key new hires/internal and transfers/promotions · Drive strategies around staffing overall · Lead organization’s development and planning strategies for key roles, including succession planning · Drive strategic (HR) initiatives to take the organization to a higher level (i.e., employee engagement, performance management and development, integration as part of M&A, special projects). · Lead the development of management training and education o Trains, educates and disseminates information to appropriate levels within the organization · Work closely with the senior management teams to provide HR leadership, anticipate employee and organizational issues, and makes recommendations and implements solutions to attract, motivate, develop and retain key employees * Align organization around key HR philosophies and create alignment around these standards Qualifications: * A BS/BA degree in a related field * A minimum of 15+ years of progressive responsibility in HR management experience, preferably in a high growth environment · Experience in creating roadmaps for development and succession planning * Demonstrated track record in managing and developing a diversified team of HR professionals · Global HR management understanding and experience highly desirable * Knowledge of HR laws, including federal and state regulations · Demonstrated ability to partner and liaise cross functionality and senior staff * Prolonged desk duties to include telephone or headset and keyboard duties * Willingness and capacity to work in a cubicle environment at a workstation and to come and go repeatedly throughout the day as is necessary to perform various responsibilities * Capacity to communicate and enunciate adequately, in person or via telephone, in a manner that can be understood by those with whom the employee is speaking * Willingness and capacity to sit or stand for periods of two hours at a time * Capacity to reach forward to a high of 48 inches, to a low of 15 inches, to the side 54 inches, and to the low side 9 inches above the floor * Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds * Ability to load discs and to change settings, devices, fixtures, etc. on various equipment used in and around"
