Our Account Manager will identify target business within their territory and develop and close business through application and execution of our successful sales methodologies. They will build upon our past successes and grow strong relationships with existing clients of the firm and prospective COV (Change-of-VAR) by delivering continuously increasing value. The Account Manager will cross-sell approved solutions to current clients across Aztec business practices and solution lines to help them achieve even more success. What an ideal partner looks like: ● You have a Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field ● You have at least 7+ years of successful sales experience with at least 5 years in the technology industries (software or IT infrastructure) where you successfully built a pipeline of clients through prospecting, cold calling, networking and other avenues ● You have consistently met and/or exceeded your sales goals and objectives ● You can establish a rapport with clients and prospects based on responsiveness and accountability ● You have a professional business acumen with superb verbal, written and presentation abilities ● You are able to articulate the business value of choosing Aztec products and services ● Some might describe you as a “go getter” and say you are aggressive and have a contagious personality ● You are self-confident, hungry for success and want to rise as a top performer ● You are experienced with the solution selling process, and the need to properly qualify prospects ● You understand the process of uncovering new business in existing accounts ● You have advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills ● You possess the exceptional ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented to keep track of it all ● You have the ability to travel regionally (not overnight) at least 25% Why work for us?
