Short-cut URL to review job: http://tinyurl.com/5sfhlns Please review all of our 100’s of national and international jobs at www.7SolutionsUSA.com General Comments: Distribution Center of major consumer Products Company is expanding and we seek individual who will be the Manager of Warehousing / Distribution Center Operations. • Individual will manager supervisors in daily operations relative to shipping, receiving, ensuring all order processing, transportation scheduling and shipping coordination schedules are met to meet customer requirements and that their expectations are satisfied. • Provide leadership to ensure all warehouse operational guidelines, safety compliance and protocols are adhered to. • Additionally, evaluate existing operations to recommend and implement improvements affecting productivity, accuracy, quality and service level. • Ensure all operating areas are configured for maximum productivity. • Closely monitor and analyze productivity of the work site and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency. • Develop and coach supervisors to improve and maintain a productive and efficient operation. • Individual desired must have a BS degree, and minimum 5 years experience in warehouse / distribution of high volume consumer products in a pick and pack environment. • Previous Supervisory / Management experience managing hourly, exempt, and supervisory personnel in a nonunion environment is required. • Excellent interpersonal skills essential."
