REQUIREMENTS: • BS degree, • 5 years experience in warehouse / distribution of high volume consumer products in a pick and pack environment. • Previous Supervisory / Management experience managing hourly, exempt, and supervisory personnel in a nonunion environment is required. • Excellent interpersonal skills essential."
