View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/pcLcCn Job Description: This Miami-based candidate will work under the direction and guidance of the Miami Marketing Manager, Florida Events Manager and local firm leadership to drive marketing efforts for the Miami office. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree; - Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in a marketing role, preferably for a professional services firm. - Self-starter; attentive to detail; excellent writing skills; clear communicator; creative; forward-thinking; team-player; works well under pressure. - Ability to manage simultaneous deadlines under minimal supervision. - Experience working directly with firm leadership on deadline-heavy projects with minimal supervision preferred. - Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred. Responsibilities: - Events coordination, including seminars and conferences, client dinners, sponsorships, fundraisers, and other client-centric events. - Collaborate with team members on ad submissions, evite creation, and other creative design projects; draft emails, press releases, collateral information and other necessary internal and external communications; update attorney bios, and schedule photo shoots. - Spreadsheet creation and tracking, and events calendar submissions. - Administrative duties including check request processing, reimbursement submissions, storage room and inventory tracking. - Other responsibilities as assigned."
