Additional responsibilities will include: •Formulating financial models and valuation analyses •Conducting company and industry research •Creating client and firm marketing presentations •Developing and maintaining proprietary firm/deal and transaction information •Supporting various other client and firm needs as they arise in the normal course of business Position Highlights Oberon’s leading position in the fund-raising and M&A space and unique global footprint provides Analysts with exceptional transaction experience: •Closed more than 70 transactions over the past several years, with current pipeline at record levels; •Extensive cross-border M&A expertise – a significant portion of transactions are cross-border, resulting in frequent opportunities for international experience; •Deep relationships with PE, VC and multinational corporations. Qualifications •Experience in a one of the following fields: investment banking, equity research, management consulting, corporate development or accounting, although the firm is open to considering candidates from other disciplines who have directly relevant finance experience; •Candidates should have proven and demonstrable analytical capabilities, superior communication skills, including superior writing skills, experience in conducting research, and a strong fundamental level of finance and accounting; •Fluency in multiple languages, although not required, would be viewed favorably."
