We are focused on expanding our footprint in the clean tech practice. We are looking to hire sustainability consultants based out of bay area to help extend our thriving clean tech / project management practice. Key Responsibilities Include · Managing the project scope, schedule and resources · Leading day to day interaction with the clients · Developing project deliverables and providing guidance to the client team to define and develop project deliverables · Identify additional work opportunities to help clients · Work to build the pipeline of projects with prospective clients · Develop proposals based on provided guidelines · Develop strong industry knowledge · Support the senior management in project planning and execution · Support problem formulation and diagnosis · Guide business, product, and country research · Pull insights from market, customer, competitor, and cost analysis · Interview clients, customers, country representatives, and experts · Planning and facilitating client team meetings · Leading the effort to build practice documents · Generating and communicating insights based on research and analysis · Developing and delivering presentations Qualifications: · Strong learning skills: ability to do research and develop industry knowledge in short time frame · Prior client-facing experience will be preferred · Strong Ms-Office skills: Powerpoint / Excel · Analytical Skills: ability to analyze the problem / opportunities across different industries · Organization and planning skills · An understanding of organizational, business, and financial issues · Exceptional communication skills · A strong work ethic · Be willing and flexible to travel · The most attractive candidates will also: o Be initiative driven and resourceful o Have leadership experience o Be well grounded and mature o Have strong interpersonal skills o Be able to influence, guide, and lead other members of a team o Be entrepreneurial, independent, creative, and flexible o Have an outgoing and work hard/play hard mentality o Share our corporate values: honesty, integrity, quality, team work, and respect for others"
