"Business Development Executive: The Business Development Executive (BDE) has primary responsibility for: • Prospecting, networking, and developing new Business contacts, with the express purpose of providing commercial loans to small and Mid size businesses • Assisting in the collection and processing of loan packet documents. • Maintaining a high degree of enthusiasm and motivation. Desired Skills & Experience: • Seasoned Sales executive • Entrepreneurial background • Proven Self Started • Expert knowledge of commercial bank products and services • bilingual is a benefit The experience necessary to perform this function typically requires 10 or more years in the financial services industry, ideally including 5 or more years as a credit officer, mortgage broker, or financial planner, or in a closely related role. Highly developed sales and negotiation skills are required, along with an exceptional talent for verbal and written communication. An educational background with a Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent related experience. Compensation This is an independent contractor position, where you can generate well above $150,000 per year, based upon our generous commission structure here at Capital Commercial Services.
