SPAIN "Executive-level position in a Multinational company whose occupant will be focused on scientific and technological issues within the organization. As a corporate officer position, the CTO will report directly to the CEO and is primarily concerned with long-term and "big picture" issues of the Technology in the whole corporation. He /She should have deep technical knowledge of the chemical field and Industrial Production. Related with R&D and Engineering Managers. The CTO also needs a working familiarity with regulatory and intellectual property (IP) issues (e.g. patents , license contracts), and an ability to interface with legal counsel to incorporate those considerations into strategic planning and inter-company negotiations. The successful candidate will be a experienced technology manager deeply introduced in the Industrial Chemical Sector. His / her purpose will be the technology strategy of a worldwide corporation with production sites in many countries. This professional should work in both English and Spanish language, and other European languages will be appreciated.
