"Job Description Rapidly expanding financial research firm with offices in New York, London and Hong Kong seeks recruiting associate with 0-2 years of experience for its New York office. The firm’s client base includes private equity firms, asset managers, strategy consultancies and senior corporate decision-makers. Position Summary The recruiting associate position represents a fantastic opportunity for undergraduates and recent graduates to begin their career with a role critical to the expansion of an exciting international company. Managing the recruiting strategy of the company’s New York office (more than doubling the office over 2012), you will not only gain valuable experience tackling an exciting human capital challenge but also potentially grow into a position coordinating the company’s global recruiting program.
