This position is a higher level sale calling on decision makers from small to large businesses. It involves calling on existing clients, networking with the internal sales force, and partnering with CPA’s and Financial Advisors to sell Human Resource Services which consist of 401K plans, payroll services, tax services, employee handbooks, workers compensation administration, cobra, employee management tools, state unemployment services, safety programs & compliance tool. They provide a base salary of 45-47K with total comp of 75-110K first year and 100K plus 2nd year; Uncapped commission; 600 monthly Car/cell phone allowance; Company laptop; Paid, college-accredited training class; Full benefits including tuition reimbursement. Requirements include 4 year college degree, 2-10 plus years of outside B to B sales experience with documented success. You are required to have documented sales success for all of these positions.
