We are currently seeking a User Acquisition Manager in Los Angeles, CA.   The UA Manager will help drive player growth and will partner closely with product marketing, promotions and the business intelligence teams as well as outside resources to maximize reach and discoverability of our games to potential gamers.  The UA Manager will be required to communicate results and performances to multiple parties and will: * Own all Facebook and channel advertising: Ad creation, analysis, and optimization * Interact directly with partners and agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI * Monitor, optimize and periodically report campaign performance * Test and explore new acquisition marketing channels * Develop test plans, quantify impact and execute recommendations based on testing * Manage millions of marketing investment evaluated on LTV and ROI * Conduct market, consumer and competitor research   The qualified User Acquisition Manager will possess the following: * 2 ? 3+ years experience in online consumer advertising and/or media buying.  * This seasoned individual must be a top performer with a passion for interactive entertainment and games.  * We are looking for an achiever with a proven track record for success managing large scale social networking campaigns with heavy emphasis on data analytics and reporting * Expert level knowledge of the Facebook ad platform and ecosystem.  * Excellent management and negotiation, and organizational skills.   For immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to mturner@searchgroupstaffing.com or call 858.356.6772   More information may be found at www.searchgroupstaffing.com.
