"What We Need: Vice President of Managed Services Operations Importance of Role: The Vice President of Managed Services Operations plays a significant role in the business, managing delivery objectives, providing pre-sales support, Profit &Loss (P&L) management, customer satisfaction, and the overall managed services relationship for all Inergex Managed Services accounts. What’s Expected: The VP of Managed Services Operations position is responsible for providing daily operational services to Inergex Clients and meeting performance and Service Level metrics. This role has day-to-day responsibility for the Managed Services staff and their delivery of services to Clients. The VP of Managed Services Operations will manage all aspects of Inergex IT Managed Services which offers various types of comprehensive services to support the daily operational needs of an IT environment. This person will have to work closely with both internal and external Clients on a day-to-day basis. In this role, the VP of Managed Services will need to frequently collaborate and communicate with the VP of Professional Services and the VP of Sales and Marketing to support company growth plans and ensure the highest level of value is being delivered consistently to each Managed Services Client.
