Presently WIS International is seeking a highly motivated Billing Coordinator to join our company!   JOB SUMMARY:   Prepare various types of invoices using billing instructions, reports, and an automated billing system.   JOB DUTIES:   Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   •                  Ensure billing records are maintained and current. •                  Have a clear understanding of the billing instructions system. •                  Enter new or revised billing instructions and update as needed. •                  Prepare invoices through automated system as well as occasional manual invoicing. •                  Coordinate closing of all jobs with operations. •                  Coordinate bi-weekly close of invoicing between billing, account management and operations.  •                  Work with IT and account management to resolve any billing problems and discrepancies. •                  Generate customer invoices by converting them to an Excel format or processing them through a customer’s on-line invoicing program. •                  Work with customers to research and resolve billing discrepancies.     JOB REQUIREMENTS:   Education:    Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred                 Experience:  Previous experience with automated billing system and knowledge of general accounting is preferred but not required.    Skills:   * Requires a medium to advanced knowledge of Excel. * Attention to Detail. * Ability to work as a team but also be able to work independently. * Must be able to meet deadlines. * Must be able to multitasking and set priorities. http://bull.hn/l/O00Z/4"
