This individual will have to be able to understand complex business requirements and their effects on UI, provide appropriate feedback and questions, and be able to illuminate hidden and poorly defined requirements to develop systems which provide best in class user interactions. Skills: - 3+ years of experience in software development companies building complex, commercial, enterprise class products. - Must be proficient in Web UI programming using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, etc. - Ability to turn designs into working pages. - Strong knowledge and experience with object oriented design and programming concepts. - Web UI design experience a plus - XSLT a plus - Experience in a fast paced startup environment with short, quick product life cycle very desirable.
