For this position, we are looking for exceptionally strong candidates with a background in online/social media research and/or digital advertising. You must be highly knowledgeable in this area with the ability to lead presentations to C-level audiences and consult with clients on marketing strategy. Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of researchers. While you will not be involved in the day to day running of the research itself, we are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the research process and who can provide guidance where necessary. As such, we are looking for strong people leaders who can really energise and inspire a team. The role’s primary focus will be business development and growing client accounts, primarily with local Japanese clients. The ability to demonstrate a very strong track record in this area is therefore absolutely essential. The company is particularly interested in hearing from entrepreneurial, strong self-starters who can hit the ground running and start making business wins almost immediately.
