For our Business in Germany we are looking for a Key Account Manager Medical Vertical Segment (m/f) who will be based either in Offenbach or will work from home-office. Main Purpose The Honeywell Sensing and Control (S&C) business is looking for a Sales Key Account Manager for the Medical market in Germany. The role of the Sales Key Account Manager is to grow Sensing and Control business within the identified target sub-markets. Job Description • The key account manager for the Medical Vertical Segment is leading identified growth initiatives in Germany. The main tasks include the development and implementation of the growth initiatives which are in line with the S&C STRAP, to ensure long term sustainable and profitable growth. • The initiatives do include all chosen sub-verticals (such as respiratory, ventilators, dialysis, infusion pumps, hospital diagnostics, patient monitoring, hospital hardware, surgical instruments and dental equipment) and cover the entire S&C product portfolio. • The KAM ensures to achieve the planned sales volume with existing and new customers. • Maintains ongoing market & competition knowledge to position Honeywell S&C as a leading supplier for sensing products • Leads all activities in the sales process in order to bring the sales into a favourable close. Your Profile: This position requires a highly motivated, self confident individual of high integrity who possesses a wide range of knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition, this position requires an individual to be selected based on the following criteria: • The candidate does have a minimum of 5 years experience in sales and account management in the Medical Industry. • The candidate has a strong desire to work in a growth culture to constantly generate and drive growth initiatives. • The candidate has a good experience within the marketplace for sensors and switches • Industrial is a key market S&C is focusing on. A good experience level in this market and the associated sensor technologies is very welcome • The ideal candidate has a multi language capability and needs to be fluent in English • The candidate will often be exposed to target customer’s engineering and design groups. Therefore, we are requesting an engineering degree in either mechanical or electrical engineering or any similar discipline. • Successful experience calling on Senior Management at the customer side • Experience with working in multinational companies • Excellent communication and presentation skills (internally/externally) • Ability to travel.
