We are seeking researchers with 7+ years of experience at leading and managing Qualitative research projects – we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a fresh way of approaching research and the ability to engage clients with inspirational reports and presentations. You must be commercially savvy, be able to manage a profitable team and ensure that clients are satisfied with the service and quality of work they receive. Training and mentoring a large team will be a key part of the role, as it will be your responsibility to ensure that you have a highly motivated and skilled team. In this role, you will work across sectors so broad industry experience, with a good understanding of mainstream qual techniques, is preferred. Your role will involve proposal writing, contributing to business pitches and acting as a strategic advisor to your clients.
