Deep expertise in Datacom (L2/L3) Should have designed/architected networking elements in Ethernet Access/Edge/Metro networks Have a good understanding of designing software solutions for high availability, performance and scalable requirements Good knowledge on designing real-time embedded systems, based on commercial silicon and network processors like Broadcom, Marvell, Wintegra, EzChip, Xelerated, LSI Hands-on experience in software development process both in development and solution testing Experience in preparing proposals to customers and ability to convince customers and convert the proposals Grooming and mentoring senior technical leads and system engineers.
