The candidate is required to create an eclectic gastronomic experience for VIPs and local guests ensuring top-notch quality which ensures repeat business. The successful applicant must have experience of managing an international workforce, immense passion for quality and good understanding of financials. Desired Profile: • At least 5 years as Executive Chef within luxury 5 star hotels • Asian experience would be highly preferred • Excellent knowledge of Seafood • Minimum 10 - 12 years kitchen management experience • Manage multiple outlets, arrange functions and implement changes in menus • Managing the team effectively and inculcating an excellent training program • Knowledgeable in kitchen layout and design • Certified in HACCP • Good communication skill in English (verbal and written) • Flexibility to work in various shifts • Maintain hygiene • Able to lead and train the staff • Strong Computer skills (Word & Excel) • Detailed eye & passion for food, quality and presentation • Strong and detailed business acumen for kitchen • Bring new ideas in marketing and promotions • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment"
