Sr. Systems Administrator - Citrix, AD, Exchange, Windows Server in Houston, TX For immediate consideration please send resume to vince.rainey@ugsmail.com Sr. Systems Administrator •    Responsible for managing the Active Directory and Exchange systems.  Analyzes project requirements, proposes solutions and participates in support and troubleshooting as needed.  •   Monitors overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately.  •    Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures.  •    Troubleshoots, tests, debugs, implements, and documents operating procedures within the AD environment.  •    Good understanding of the current state of IT Infrastructure, specifically pertaining to messaging facilitation via MS Exchange and Active Directory.  •    Responsible for Active Directory and Group Policy management.  Works with Enterprise Architect to establish and maintain the AD and GPO architecture.  •    Responsible for management of the Exchange environment, the GAL, Exchange and AD replication, and Enterprise Vault email archive system.  •    Functions as the Subject Matter expert for Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy, and Citrix. •    Management of Powershell scripting to automate processes and procedures.  •    Follows and advocates change management procedures.   REQUIREMENTS:  •               Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.  •    7+ years of related experience with Active Directory and product support.  •    Experience supporting Active Directory installations, including troubleshooting and day­ to-day maintenance.  •    Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange technology and services.  •    Experience in Microsoft Active Directory management including user and group security management, Group Policies, multi-site deployments and management of Windows Server Infrastructure.  •    Expert knowledge in Windows Server Operating Systems.  •    Expert knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory Design and support.  •    Expert knowledge in AD replication and Exchange replication.  •     Expert Knowledge of Citrix.  •    Demonstrated knowledge of deploying and maintaining Windows and Windows related Server environment.  •    Remains abreast of industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards. http://bull.hn/l/ULA4/5"
