Working across South East Asia, you should have 5-7 years of experience in consumer research, preferably gained on the client side but we are also open to those with solid agency side experience working with FMCG brands. To apply, you must be well versed in consumer insights with good knowledge of both Quant and Qual research. You must also be comfortable with large data sets and be able to undertake detailed analysis. We are looking to hear from candidates with an ability to think strategically and convert insights into recommendations, which will drive investments across the company. Due to the regional focus of the role, we are ideally looking to hear from people with some regional exposure. As well as the specific research experience required, you must have extensive experience of interacting with and advising senior stakeholders. The role will require you to present to large, diverse audiences, so we are understandably looking for candidates with excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and fluency in English is essential. Those with additional language skills will be preferred. Finally, experience of budget planning is essential for this role, given the need to manage significant research budgets.
