Any major HPS (Honeywell Process Solutions) or RMG site, in Europe, preferably Germany (Butzbach, Offenbach) is looking for an Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f) Purpose of the Job This position is responsible for supporting marketing communication activities for the RMG by Honeywell business within Engineered Field Solutions (EFS). This includes preparing and managing growth and differentiation campaigns, internal and channel communications; new product launches; supporting public relation and event management activities as well as developing marketing content, materials and collateral. The individual will be part of the EFS MarCom team and will report directly to the EFS MarCom leader. Other important liaison for this position is the RMG MarCom manager, the global HPS MarCom team as well as RMG business leaders and key company spokespeople. This role has responsibility to meet the goals of the MarCom function and deliver on the communication plan for EFS and RMG. Principal Responsibilities • Support planning and development of product launches globally throughout RMG • Help develop and execute growth and differentiation campaigns throughout RMG • Support event management activities in cooperation with the RMG MarCom manager - which includes planning, organizing and following up with speakers and stakeholders, building booths, collecting sales leads etc. Such events include tradeshows, conferences and Honeywell-run customer events. • Track and report on campaign and event results, and metrics related to marketing communications activities • Help develop and implement marketing communications tactics (brochures, website and online content, e-mail promotions and other marketing materials) that support the business. • Taking lead role in support of internal communications towards HPS o Gather, edit, submit and track content to FieldLink, Success Flash o Help manage LOB content on internal websites • Assist in driving global public relations strategy including identification of business opportunities for press releases, case studies, articles, feature stories for publication in regional and global trade and business press. • E-Marketing; drive development and improvements in order to deliver successful communications campaigns. Develop and manage webinars. Requirements • Successful track record in a middle-weight Marketing Communications role (4-6 years) in a business-to-business environment. • Adept at managing multiple projects independently and changing priorities when circumstances require. • Dynamic enough to get results and operate with ease in a matrix organization. • High energy, high initiative, keen focus, adaptive flexibility • Comfortable operating in a diversified multi-cultural organization • Mandatory strong written/verbal skills in English; • Good written/verbal skills in German are an advantage INTERESTED?
