"WOW! I believe that we have one of the coolest opportunities out there for a VP of Marketing. I would be hoping in my Mini Clubman to the MD area and joining their team right now!!!!....if I had the right-fit background. First off...what is not to love?! Very dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Adrenaline rush on all the excitement of this new brand and taking it to the next level. Wearing many hats, being part of an ever growing team, and making decisions in building this new brand Enjoying a "hair on fire" environment but not taking yourself too seriously A company that is thinking of the younger generation...that is into technology and social media and forward thinking. A company that understands there are new ways to learn besides being in a "brick and mortar" environment. As I mentioned, I would be packing my bags and heading to MD if only I had the right skills; Having a strong sense of the youth culture and the entertainment landscape Building relationships/partnerships with top echelon universities to expand affiliate schools Taking your awesome social media skills and creating fantastic marketing campaigns to 18-22 year olds building excitement and awareness of this new brand Experience in digital marketing and/or working with national brands Having at least 8 years of marketing experience and leadership skills since the right person will be managing a growing team So I won't be heading to MD anytime soon, however, if you posses a dynamic background in marketing and have been exposed to marketing to college students OR have an incredible knack to get the younger generation to listen to you about your product or brand???
