"Looking for a Director of Information Services in Ann Arbor, MI Job Title: Director of Information Services Reports to: Executive Officer General Purpose: Act as a liason between internal clients and IT vendor and basic testing of systems for usability and resolution of IT ticket issues. Provide day to day support of multiple listing services, including identification and resolution of system/application/data issues and opportunities for user efficiency. Primary Accountabilities: 1. Manage real estate Multiple Listing Service, including: Maintain relationships with vendors, consultants and members related to the MLS Troubleshoot system, application and data share issues Offer solutions to resolve problems and improve user productivity Track issues reporting and resolution Provide MLS training to members 2. Serve as staff liaison to the MLS Committee and related work groups, to include research, preparation and participation. 3. Monitor use of MLS software and systems, ensuring adherence to MLS Rules and Regulations. 4. Manage internal information systems structure, including: Review network, systems and application software and proposals for upgrades or changes to existing hardware and software. Identify opportunities for enhancement of the technological systems of the Board 5. Work with Executive Officer, staff and Leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operations initiatives for the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or other related technical degree. Experience with standard business processes and common business applications. Full understanding of database applications and uses. Instructional experience preferred. Real estate experience a plus. Abilities Prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines and handle changing priorities. Experience working with volunteers, members and elected leadership.
