Program Coordinator: • Responsible for supporting the PMO strategy for process, optimization and standardization. • Centralize common functions and provide oversight to drive consistency in practices, ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and enable transparency of activities to support decision making. Responsibilities: • Administration Support - Support the PMO Team with the following key areas of responsibility Centralized functions for : Contract Management Customer Engagement Tracking initially until longer term solution implemented Pipeline management for PMO and EDG projects Repository management for PMO and EDG activities to enable visibility Develop graphs, reports, dashboards and utilization charts Generate routine and ad hoc reports/analysis as requested Centralize process and ensure consistency and compliance of all contracts in GDI&A Define and document the process end to end for all professional services and data acquisition contracts Create and maintain a central repository of contracts including current status Create visibility for PMO, Finance and Sr. Leaders on holistic view of contract management within GDI&A Create triggers and communication methods for follow up actions Work with VMO offices and Legal teams to ensure all contracts are managed through the proper processes required for compliance Liaison with admins on purchase order and invoicing processes for signed contracts Provide PMO ad-hoc support on special projects as needed Skills Required: • 3-5 years of experience providing PMO and program coordination support or being in a junior project management role or administrative role • Excellent organizational and planning skills to ensure work is appropriately prioritized and completed on time • Take initiative and be self-motivated to work on your own and as part of a team • Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening) and engagement skills • Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word, P... http://bull.hn/l/11865/2" | |||||
