Perform C# .NET Web Application Development Life Cycle tasks • Adding modules and features to existing Wake County Tax applications • Design, document, develop, and deliver code to meet specifications throughout the project life cycle • Define, design and implement object – oriented software applications Must have a minimum 1-year concentrated development experience using C# and Web application development in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET 3.5/4.0 , ADO.NET Fundamental understanding of client side web technologies including, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and standards-based HTML is preferred. Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS analytical/query tools, developing Crystal Reports, Oracle database functions, Team Foundation Server (TFS), and issue tracking software is helpful. Must be analytical, adept to problem solving, have a strong attention to detail, able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision, able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and able to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and three years of experience in complex information systems analysis; or equivalent.
