Initially working on a part time basis we anticipate this position and department will growing as the business aims to be the leader in its field within the next 15 years. Since its formation, the group has grown 19% year on year which is down to its innovative products and exceptional customer focussed approach to business. They are looking for someone who share these values and have demonstrable communication skills. Ideally you'll have a mixed corporate/commercial background with a degree of commercial confidence, given that this is a stand alone role, reporting into the CEO. Other responsibilities include overseeing a wide range of legal issues faced by foreign subsidiaries, corporate governance and support on any M+A activity. In return, they offer a flexible working and an attractive salary commensurate with your experience. Commitment is likely to be in they region of 20-25hours per week.
