"Now Hiring: Professional Services Consultant in London, United Kingdom Individuals in this role are team members on specific implementation projects for IQNavigator’s global customer base. This position supports the project team and project manager in implementing the customer according to the agreed on project plan, at the defined spend or revenue target, and in a manner that results in a satisfied and referenceable customer. The Consultant may, as assigned, manage the activities business analysts who are tasked with completing a portion of a project’s tasks. Additionally, the Consultant may, as assigned, directly manage (under the supervision of a VP of Professional Services and/or a project manager or senior project manager) smaller customer implementations. These projects can involve new customers or existing customers expanding their relationship with IQNavigator. Additionally, these projects can represent customers using IQNavigator for one or all of the service procurement categories (contingent labor management, outsourced project management, etc.) IQNavigator supports as well as one of a variety of service delivery models (master services provider or software only). Specifically, this position is responsible for the following types of tasks. Main Responsibilities: • Facilitating process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients • Mapping the requirements to the IQNavigator system and/or services solution and identify, and then manage, any gaps • Documenting business processes, business requirements, technical requirements, and system configurations • Coordinating with Denver, Colorado based technology and product management team to ensure client expectations are met • Defining, supervising, and assisting client test cycles • Executing user acceptance, integration, and end-to-end test scripts/cases • Defining and executing on change management activities • Coordinating and executing data conversion efforts • Training customer and third party users • Other project management duties as assigned Candidate Requirements Candidates must be professional team players who have a competitive fire and passion about business analysis and how business processes work and interact.  In addition, candidates need to be quick learners who apply their skills in business analysis while assisting in the implementation of process, technological, and organizational change.  Required Experience: o Bachelors Degree o Three or more years business analysis experience while working on complex software implementations o Proven success in contributing to team-oriented environments o Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problems. o Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into elegant written, spoken and visual communications o Ability to quickly establish customer confidence in IQNavigator and the project team, often in complex and high-stress situations. o Experience with multi-department (Procurement, HR, AP/Finance, IT, business unit) in... http://bull.hn/l/1037E/4"
