"Hiring a Network Support Technician with Dutch in Cork, Ireland   Adecco has an excellent opportunity for a Network Support Technician.   The role will be to provide global business networking support to the Europe and the US as part of a second tier team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem resolution and customer satisfaction skills, and have experience in a telephone/email/IM support environment.   The company is a firm believer in employee development and this role will provide advancement opportunities.     My client is a multinational company specialising in electronic manufacturing. The company have been at their current location in Cork since 2006 and this role will be based at their recently renovated offices.   Responsibilities: Resolve end-user network issues. Deal with customer escalated, complicated or specialised queries from L1 Service Desk. Deal with technical and complex issues in order to aid troubleshooting or to proof concepts before deployment. Update and monitor call logging system, to ensure our customers receive top level service. Manage full cycle of each customer issue and escalate it using your independent judgement and experience to diagnose and troubleshoot problems or identify cases for escalation.   Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in English and Dutch.  CCNA certification or equivalent qualifications/experience. Experience of supporting NAS and SAN devices will be an asset. Excellent understanding of PC hardware/software and be fully conversant with routed TCP/IP, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, VoIP and the Windows/Mac OSx operating systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and mentor junior teams remotely. Very good time management skills and ability to work under time pressure.
