"Salesforce Architect in Somerset, NJ Title: Salesforce.com Architect Location: Somerset, NJ Duration: 6+ Months Job Duties: • Work with client teams, functional consultants, and technical teams to create and implement unique solutions leveraging the full power of the Salesforce.com platform • Documentation of requirements and specifications for custom components and interfaces • Design solutions in accordance to best practices • Lead system design discussions and recommend alternate choices, trade-offs, and provide impact analysis • Contribute practical experiences with Salesforce.com and system integrations • Lead teams through building, testing and deployment of solution • Work collaboratively with team to ensure all business requirements are met (on a project basis) as well executing comprehensive assessment of interdependencies of existing functionality in order to mitigate risk Mandatory Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent experience • 10+ years of overall experience in software development industry; 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce.com technologies • Experience with Java/Jave/J2EE and the ability to do web programming, including use of HTML, XML, FLEX, Javascript, SQL, Java or C#, and SOAP based web services • Experience with Enterprise integration and ETL tools; hands on database design and implementation experience • Competent with agile or iterative software development methodology • Ability to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle i.e., analysis, development, testing and production support • Demonstrated leadership skills • Significant experience facilitating and participating in business analysis with stakeholders • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as applied in project plans, status reports and email communication, systems documentation, stakeholder meetings and team interaction Desired Qualifications: • Salesforce.com Certified – Developer • Salesforce.com Certified – Advanced Developer • Salesforce.com Certified – Technical Architect http://bull.hn/l/10HUT/1"
